ICT for Education, Brighton 2026

ICT for Education’s national conference programme visits BRIGHTON, and will be held on Friday 12th June 2026 at The Amex Stadium.

The conference runs from 7.30 am to 12.40 pm. Attendance is FREE for all delegates.

Drawing on both regional and national ICT expertise, we have sourced a great line-up of speakers who will address ICT challenges faced by both teachers and schools. Alongside the conference, we will be hosting a vendor exhibition – showcasing solutions to meet your ICT needs.

08:35 – 08:40: Welcome from the Conference Chairman – Professor Miles Berry

08:40 – 09:00: Keynote 1: Building a curriculum for all in light of the curriculum review – Tig Williams – University Lecturer, CAS Master Teacher, IT Curriculum specialist

09:00 – 09:40: ICT Reviews Live!
An independent product review session that will put products to the test and give you real insight into their capabilities. Watch the reviews, comment on product content, consider underlying technologies, discuss ease of use and share your opinions on how you would like suppliers to develop products and services to meet the needs of teachers and schools.

09:40 – 10:25: Coffee and visit the Exhibition.

10:25 – 10:45: Keynote 2: Introducing Oak Computing- this Keynote introduces Oak National’s DfE funded curriculum, replacing Teach Computing & providing free, open content for schools & edtech to build upon. Stuart Davison, Subject Lead- Computing, Oak National Academy.

11:30 – 11:50: Cyber Choices: Safeguarding against Cybercrime- An introduction to the Cyber Choices programme which aims to educate,  determination & divert children at risk of committing cyber-dependent crimes. PC Kieren Rogers, Cyber Prevent Officer, SEROCU
