Tig worked in industry in IT consultancy before spending 10 years honing his teaching skills. He accidentally became head of department at The Mounbatten Secondary School in Romsey and successfully turned the school's performance around (for the better!).
Tig then started training teachers in IT in a consultant capacity, while maintaining time in the classroom teaching – you can occasionally find him at Ringwood Academy School, and developing teaching units. This year he will be delivering the PGCE secondary programme at the University of Reading with Dr Yota Dimitriadi.
Tig is a CAS Master Teacher and Regional Coordinator for the South East.
