Richard has worked in the technology industry for the past 18 years, in both the private and public sectors. His work in the public sector focused on the education and skills sector, where he played an important role in
enabling the Every Child Matters and Home Access initiatives, as well as the skills agenda. Until recently, he was director of education and skills, and a member of the public sector leadership team, at Logica. Richard now runs his own consulting and advisory business.
