Paul manages the ICT service in Cambridgeshire. The service includes 65 staff who provide a wide range of support for schools using ICT for learning and management. Paul began his career as an English teacher and became an early adopter when computers started to appear in classrooms. His interest in communication and collaborative learning with technology was evident long before the ‘C’ appeared in ICT. Paul has been involved in many national and international projects, has spent time on secondment at BT and Naace, and chairs the Learning Group for E2BN, the broadband consortium in the East of England.
