A former music teacher, James has designed, built, managed and hosted a wide range of software services for the education sector. As information architect for a division of a large EU project, James was also responsible for system design, hosting and information security across a diverse selection of web platforms. All these projects required a high degree of knowledge and experience to implement appropriate data strategies to ensure compliance and data security. In response for schools to understand and implement GDPR, Data Protection Education has developed tools, training and a systematic approach to help schools’ compliance programmes.
