Professor Ian Cunningham has published six books and over 120 articles and papers. He chairs the educational charity the Centre for Self Managed Learning and in this capacity organises educational programmes for young people who are out of school. His most recent academic post was Visiting Professor in Organisational Learning at Kodolányi János University of Applied Science, Székesfehérvár, Hungary

Ian also chairs Strategic Developments International, where he has acted as a learning consultant for many of the world’s large international companies as well as for the UK National Health Service, government departments and local authorities. His most recent clients are Nike and Nestle.

In football, Ian has worked with the Football Association in England and the Manchester United Academy. He is currently acting as consultant to the football operations department at Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club.
