Andrew started his teaching profession in 2005 as a PE Teacher and progressed into SLT and into the Safeguarding Lead. Leaving the teacher profession Andrew has worked within the UK and also Internationally within teaching training and development. He has worked with some of the teaching hubs that has been launched within England. He firmly believes in sharing best practice and not holding on to it. Within Impero Andrew is working with Primary, Secondary, Trusts, Independent and SEN schools and looking at solutions for their pupils safety and wellbeing and supporting teachers to ensure this does not impact their daily routines too much.
