ICT for Education conferences for the coming academic year are shown on the right.
Each conference is a combination of speaker sessions along with an exhibition of companies supplying IT products & services to UK schools.
Conference doors open at 7.30 am. The exhibition closes at 1.15 pm.
Delegates have a wide range of job titles but all are key decision makers and influencers in the purchasing decisions made by their schools when it comes to IT products and services.
Our conferences are about
numbers of schools attending, and representation from people exhibitors want to speak with. We have had 1,464 individual schools register to attend from 2017-2019, an average of 77 schools per conference.
All exhibitors receive the pre-registration data one week prior to the event and receive all data on the Monday following the conference. We urge exhibitors to make good use of the pre-registration data to maximise their time at conference.
We offer a range of stands and promotional opportunities for those wishing to do business with schools represented at conferences.
We make every effort to ensure that exhibitors get valuable face-face time with delegates, with well-scheduled breaks between conference sessions and lunch platters on every exhibitor stand / table top, so that delegates must come to your stand if they wish to eat!
Lunch and refreshments are provided for exhibitors as part of the exhibitor package.

All exhibitors must be set up by 7.15 am. Conference doors open at 7.30 am. The first conference session starts at 8.35 am. The exhibition ends, and the conference closes, at 1.15 pm.
An EXHIBITOR PACK, detailing all information, is available from our Event Manager,
Dominic Knowlson. This is sent to all exhibitors two weeks prior to conference.
Conference sessions cover the specific regional issues faced at primary and secondary schools and those issues affecting schools on a nationwide basis. Sessions include two sponsored speaking slots where exhibitors can show their authority and expertise in a specific area of interest to delegates, and
Product Review Live!, where five exhibitors put their products up for critical analysis from our panel and the delegate audience.
Exhibitors are welcome to sit in on any conference sessions.
Delegates are able to visit the exhibition at any time during the day from 7.30 am to 1.15 pm. There are specific break times set aside for exhibitor-delegate interaction and we actively encourage delegates to visit stands and speak with exhibitors.
